does anyone know the year and exact make of Hank's 911? It is obviously a 911 Cabriolet, but i think it is a 964 model, but wondered on the year? Early to mid-90's i would assume, but does anyone know the specifics? thanks 14  out of 30 found this valuable. Do you?

Yes its a 964. 1990 or 1991 (no cabriolets in 1989 and no later as the side mirrors changed shape in 1993). I have the exact same car but in Amazon rather than Black. From his movements in the car it is a tiptronic rather than manual transmission. It also has the upgraded leather seats. Hope this helps... 51  out of 61 found this valuable. Do you?

Oh-no! Season2-episode1 aired last night and there is 'For Sale' sign on the 911!

Haha...given that the car is used extensively on the show and in the posters, display materials etc. it is such a large part of the cast itself that we know he won't really sell it!

I have concluded that his Porsche is either a 1994 or a 1991 with the wrong wheel. The 1991 had a more solid design of wheel; the 5 spoke rim was a common wheel on the 1994. It’s either that or a 1991 with 94 rims. I do love that ride! 2  out of 9 found this valuable. Do you?

the wheels on hank's porsche have been pictured as both porsche cup I and porsche 993 wheels...so thats not going to tell you much....another clue is the flag mirrors as they were replaced with aero mirrors in '92...and no cabriolets in '89 so it has to be a '90 or a '91 8  out of 10 found this valuable.
